Due to the nature of our product and service, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products:
If your sandbags arrive damaged or defective due to the delivery process, we will gladly replace them at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged items along with your order number.
